leonaMeet Leona

Hello everybody! I am Ho-Ching Leona Kwok from Lee College! My major is Education. I am planning on teaching History in High School. Oh! Let me clarify something first. Leona is NOT my middle name. Chinese doesn’t have middle name. I come from Hong Kong, part of China. So, Leona is just my English name. Everytime when you see me, you can call me Leona or Lele or Lily or Lili (choose either one of them! XD).

jamesMeet James

A self-described shenanigan extraordinaire.  Step into the world of a highly ambitious young man named James.  Entering his final year at Lee, follow James as he navigates in his own humorous way to the finish line of an Associate’s in Business Administration.

Meet Candie

Well, hello everyone!  My name is Candie Solis and I am what is referred to as a “non-traditional” student (“non-trad” for short).  This is academia speak for a student who is outside the average age of the student body (aka, not fresh out of high school).  It works for me and I wear the badge proudly – it beats being called the old chic!

Happy Halloween

mike_thumbTime is running very quick guys. I cannot believe it’s only six weeks left before the end of the semester. I have been involved in a lot of activities both on and off campus that’s why it took me this long to update my blog.

Getting involved on campus and in the community is one way of professional development, personal enrichment, and networking. During the month of October, I had the privilege to make more than four presentations to high school students in the Goose Greek School District, and also represented the college during college fairs.  It was an awesome period full of fun and excitements. One day, I made four presentations in a row at Crosby High School to tenth graders about my personal life experiences at Lee College, and my journey to The Wall Street.lol you know a 2010 finance major with a concentration in investment management=]. If you have not yet joined any organization in college then this is the right moment guys. There are a lot of benefits including networking, and resource sharing etc. I am current a member of four organizations and through these organizations, I managed to get almost all the books I needed for this semester from friends. The general perception about students who are members of any organization is that they are smart, trustworthy, and possess high levels of readership skills. Currently there is a new organization going through the formation process called international club. It is a  great place to learn more about different cultures, countries, traditions, and  holidays  people enjoy and celebrate all over the world.

Anyone interested can join the club. Our next meeting will be on 12th November in room 105 in the old gym. Hahaha this is not promo but I like giving out information to the prepared minds.

Anyway, academically I think I’m now on the right track. Psychology class was killing me. I failed the first test but then I decided to reposition myself by paying more attention in class, do all the class activities, home work, and study hard. Dr Umez, my government teacher advised me that if you want to have high grades then you must study hard as if there is no tomorrow. Yes it really works. On the following test I improved my grade with 27 points. I don’t believe that dropping class should be the first choice when you fail the first one. It appears that most professors drop the lowest grade for the final grade.

No man is an island guys, as the saying goes. Within the same month of October, I was conducting a research for personal enrichment about the challenges students meet in college. I was surprised to learn that almost 70 percent of the students I interviewed went through similar challenges at one point. The challenges ranged from academic, social, and financial just to mention a few. Due to the applicability of the solutions, I requested a few students if I could share their challenges with my readers and I was motivated by their positive response.

Leona is an education major, and her main problem in college was writing papers and she overcame her challenge by utilizing the writing center where she could get help with her assignments.

Aurora is a tutor and her challenge was parking. She overcame it by coming to school early or asking a family member to drop her off at school.

Australia had a problem with time management mostly because she has a one year old son. But she utilized the project Leeway on campus that helped her with day care and scholarships.

Ashley graduated this year from high school; she concurred with Leona and decided to dedicate herself because she knew she has to do the papers and study extra hard if she wants to achieve her dream.

Some student also said they do their homework at work, listen to their lecture recordings when driving etc. I just selected a few and if I missed your comment, please I will try to include it in my next blog.

October was really exciting, and I’m looking forward to November as another successful month.

Thank you for taking your time to read my blog and I wish you a happy Halloween weekend.

Mid Semester Check-in…

candie_thumbWell, I always say that I am going to write more often but there are just never enough hours in the day. Okay – a number of people have asked for a pic of Sandie and I so see these below. I want to scan some old pictures from when we were little so I will get to that soon – I promise!

So, my new “paid internship” is going well but it is a challenge, of course, to balance work and school – many of you know just what I am talking about. The simple logistics of being at different locations is a challenge. It turns out I-10 floods in a number of spots on the main lanes between 610 and Baytown. Wow! Well, I finally got new tires so that helps. My husband finally said I had gotten every safe ounce out of those tires and now that I have new ones, I believe him. My poor husband does not see me most of the week and he has “stolen” my dog’s heart. Oh, sure, Trigger-nometry (his legally registered name) is happy to see me but he has bonded with my husband more and I have to say I am a little jealous. It is a win-win for Trigger because now I give him more treats. All is fair in love and war – the love of my dog and the war for the love of my dog. He’s GGGGRRRREEEEAAAAAT! (sorry – had tooo!)

Well, this semester is half over and let me give you a run down on how things are going. I love my classes this semester…Business Law class is sooooo interesting. There are a few challenges that I did not consider with my other classes.

Let’s start with voice class, which I now refer to as “humility training.” Who would have thought this was soooo hard? I will say that I have learned new breathing techniques that have helped me when dealing with my asthma. But, it is embarrassing that while my friends are singing hits by Cyndi Lauper (gotta love her!), I am singing “Down by the Sally Gardens.” Ok – please don’t think I am complaining. I love Dr. Black and she is doing the right thing by me but I get so frustrated that I cannot just study and get it right. Practice, practice, practice. I try so hard! It turns out that as much as I like to talk, Dr. Black has had to remind me that singing is an activity done “out loud.” She says I am making progress. Let us just leave it at that.

Exercise class has been a challenge because I have been trying to stabilize my schedule. I love to work out but sometimes I cannot get to the gym during the open hours so I do it from home. Bummer that I cannot count that but the most important part of exercise is the personal benefits and the wellness that comes from that activity – both physical and mental. If you are not exercising, add a little bit to your day, or every other day, for the sake of your well being. Nike has a great piece of advice: JUST DO IT! Even if it is just a little each time. Every bit makes a difference.

My photography work is fun. I have been working on my collection of photos and it has been harder than I thought because I want it to be perfect. I have to make a book and I have great ideas. My honors project includes yard art – both wacky and wild, as well as sophisticated and elegant. If you know of interesting yard elements like this, please get in touch with me so that I can include them in my portfolio. I am really excited about this project.

Okay – I saved the “best” for last: Environmental Science. So far what I have learned is that this is not an area that I will major in. I do love what I am learning and it is so different from what I am used to studying. This is the perfect class for someone like me who is not a science major. We study things that are practical information that can be beneficial to every person in daily life. However…I have realized that if our activities do not make me dirty, I am usually allergic to them. There was the flower disection, the separating of the owl pellet (not what you think, but I will spare you the details, unless you ask…), sifting of the sand to discover the variety of components in the compound mixture. The activity that tops my list right now is the plant collection. We need to collect 20 Texas native plany species. We joked yesterday about how bad my allergies were after Carlton, Gloria, and I worked on our project together. We spent all afternoon and part of the evening gathering and identifying specimens on Sunday. Fast forward, I came from the doctor this afternoon where I was given the “you should know better” lecture and treated for “severe allergic reaction” to an unknown allergen. WELL – I know what allergensssssss….they are pressed in that plant press downstairs! I got a steroid shot – which means I will eat everything in sight for the next few days. And, a round of antibiotics because the doc believes I have barely started to brew a sinus infection. Since I am due to travel this weekend, best to be precautionary at this point.

Traveling? Yes, I am traveling this weekend to Washington, DC. I am thoroughly excited but equally anxious because I have such a busy schedule. I will be attending the National Collegiate Honors Conference with Mr. Britt, our fearless Honors Director at Lee College. This is a chance to interact with other colleges with honors programs and learn about opportunities at their campuses when moving from the two-year college to the four-year college. One thing I learned recently while in the company of leaders from other state four-year colleges is that they (four-year campuses) recognize that they are losing student body to the more cost efficient community colleges. They are starting to realize that they should be looking to these campuses to find good transfer students to their campuses. Everyone reading this that is a student now should pay attention and ask questions of potential transfer campuses and confirm what they have available for you so that you can adequately compare opportunities at various campuses.

When I get back, I will write more about the conference and what I have learned. I will also be working on some scholarship essays so it will be very busy but like I always say, if you want something done, give it to a busy person. My planner is full of color right now!

Before I close, I want to take a second to say thanks again to the Lee College Foundation, the Lee College Honors Program, and the Lee College Ambassador Program. Without these organizations and the extraordinary people that make up each one, I would not have the courage or belief in myself necessary to attempt the new things I do, nor would I have the opportunity. Each of these programs has kept me “in the game” and I will be forever grateful. Thanks, thanks, thanks to each of you – College Relations, Honors Office, and others!

Well good luck to all of you students for the remaining part of the semester. If you are not yet a student or have taken time off, note that registration starts soon for the spring semester – get your schedules out and pick your classes! Best of luck!

and we blogged like it was going out of style

james_thumbLong time, no text.  What’s up, people?

One of my favorite holidays is almost among us.  Halloween is the one night of the year where I act mischievously.  Oh yes, your little buddy here likes to cause a little mayhem.  I’ve been known to call somebody’s house at four PM, ask for someone who I KNOW won’t be there, apologize and then hang up.

I’m writing this entry under distress.  Web Specialist extraordinaire Amy Shipley promised to break my thumbs if I didn’t post something pretty soon.  I would hate for her to have to beat me up.  You usually have to pay double for that type of action.

Fall Fiesta was good times.  I wasn’t always sure of what I was eating, but it was pretty delicious.  Lee always delivers when it comes to fun and energetic scenery.

I’ve been noticing a change in the atmosphere on campus.  There’s guitar playing on the sidewalks and Frisbee matches in the yard.  It’s good to see the college slowly transforming into a more university oriented campus life.  I suspect Lee College in ten years will hardly resemble its current state.

My algebra is going horrible.  I’m barely staying afloat on this sinking vessel.  It seems that every time I dump some water out, a bigger hole emerges on another area.  Hopefully when I drown, there will be someone from that Baywatch show to revive me.

And hopefully not David Hasslehoff.

I’m doing well in Economics and Accounting II.  I wish I had more entertaining substance to tell you about these classes, but it’s pretty routine.  I’m probably just frightened of Mr. Armstrong roughing me up for being obnoxious.

Keep your heads up out there, people.

Fall Fiesta! <3

leona_thumbAh~ It’s already the middle of October. Thanksgiving holiday is coming!! (A voice from nowhere: hmmm… we still have a month till Thanksgiving…) Anyway,, I am waiting for a break! +-+

Did anybody go to the Fall Fiesta?? I went there and got some FOOD! I worked in the Business Office. One of the ladies told me they have sausage on a stick! OH MY GOODNESS! When the Fall Fiesta started, I RAN outside and got me one =V=! YAY! 2 dollars. TASTY! TASTY! TASTY! XD

After I finished the sausage, I wanted something else. So I RAN outside (again) and walked around to see what else I can eat. Guess what?? I found some MEXICAN FOOD!!!! If you still remember, I LOVE MEXICAN FOOD!!!!!! As a result, I RAN to my friend, Zaida, and got me some torstadas (Did I spell it right? I don’t know how to spell it -0-“).. well.. Hopefully, you all know what I am talking about.. XD

I didn’t take any pictures of the food this time. First of all, I forgot to bring my camera.. Second of all….. I ate it all before I thought about it. LOL!!!!!

economic realism

james_thumbI usually come firing out with more stick than a bad buddy cop movie, but I wanted to navigate in a different direction for this entry.  I’d like to impart some wisdom onto whoever may be reading this at three in the morning when they have absolutely nothing else to do (Which makes up the majority of my audience.)

While I was sitting in Macroeconomics today, I thought about some of the words Mr. Armstrong was using.  Words like liability and assets.  Anybody can go out there and be a liability.  It doesn’t take much effort to not give a hoot.  Just ask my lady friends.  Any soul can lazily punch the clock every day.  But it takes somebody strong to attack whatever obstacle is in front of them with determination and dedication.

Where do you fall on this dreadful economic metaphor?  Do you only do the bare minimal of work necessary to scrape by?  Or are you the type of person that will do whatever it takes to succeed?  The world’s filled with people that expect things to be handed to them.  Those are also the same type of people that live life disappointed.

The fact is the world isn’t all sunshine and rainbows.  You’re going to have work for your dreams.  Because you’re the only one that can see them.  It’s not going to be easy.  If it was easy to succeed, hunger wouldn’t exist and sad endings would have never been invented.

Don’t put things off.  Procrastination is the elixir of failure.  You’ve got to strive for whatever it is you want to do.  If you want to be an audio engineer, be the best audio engineer you can be.  But you’ve got to believe in yourself.  I can’t believe for you.

I’ll get off the soapbox now.  Mostly because I fear the huge fall off this friggin’ thing!

Here’s a little rundown of how well or not so well I’m doing in my classes.  Accounting II is going smoother than a baby’s bottom.  Macroeconomics is starting to pick up strong, but I’m ready for the challenge.  College Algebra is my greatest nemesis ever, although Mrs. Hamby happily cushions my constant falls.

We’re hitting the midpoint now.  There’s a different energy floating around campus.  The eagerness of a new semester has been replaced with the anxiety of the grind.  Some say finals is the most determining factor of the semester.  I wholeheartedly disagree.  It’s all about what you do now.  This is the meat and potatoes of a semester.  Go out there and knock it out of the ballpark.  As for me, I’m going to go eat a nice meal and watch some gridiron violence.

Life is grand.

Time flies when you are “Super Nerd”…

candie_thumbWow – I cannot believe it has already been three weeks since I last updated.  I have been super busy these last few weeks and I have thought of this blog often but finally taking the time -though late at night now- to update you all on how things are going.  I am, after all, “Super Nerd,” according to Carlos and Sheila.  (You know you are grown when you take that as a compliment!)

First, I would like to tell you that I attended my 21st year class reunion a couple of weeks ago – the 20th was cancelled by Ike so we improvised.  What a great time we had on the Guadalupe River.  It was soooooo cold in the water and the water was not flowing fast, but the majority of the group did float about 2 hours for the sake of not being “punked” by the weather.  It did rain on us but my wonderful husband was smart enough to wear his jacket and he offered it up to keep me warm.  He has great love and concern for his retirement plan…er, uh…wife!  We “camped” in a 40′ motorhome with three slides, two bathrooms, and two large flat-panel tv’s!  I love camping!  Ok – so I am spoiled…maybe…just a little.  What made this trip even greater was the fact that my twin sister and her husband came along with us in the motorhome.  Everyone always wants to know her name:  Sandie.  Yes, I know, “how cute, it rhymes!”  Ok – onward…Sandie and I have never taken a trip like this together and Sandie had never floated the Guadalupe.  I wish it would have been better weather for her but we had a great time.

The reason I wanted to mention this class reunion is that over the years I have attended several of these reunions and I love to listen to all the stories everyone tells.  Everyone reminds each other of funny events, not so funny events, etc. of the things that went on in high school.  I don’t have a lot of these stories.  Most of my stories happened in the hallway of the school building.  You see, I didn’t have a large social life growing up – for various reasons – and so when everyone says, “Remember that party that Robyn threw…,” I can’t because I was not there.  That isn’t to say that I did not have any fun at all.  For a long time I resented that I could not “remember” that party or this other event, but now I have realized two very important things.  One, my friends can remember the party, but we are all old enough to have long since forgotten who all was there and who was not!  Two, if I had it to do over again, I would have cherished my friends more.  I still may not have been at Robyn’s party, but I would have cherished all the days I ate lunch with Robyn, Kimberley and others.  When you are older and you look back on it all, you will want to have your friends around you that did it all with you.  It is fun to hear of their stories of how they went off to different colleges together, etc.  Where ever you are right now in life, look around and enjoy the friends and family.  If you are at the college, make the most of it!  Give yourself the gift of great memories of this time and great stories to recall with your friends.  Truly enjoy them and make memories you will want to talk about you are floating in a tube in the freezing rain and wind, trying to grab the last bit of summer, twenty years from now!

Ok – so you have to know that all took place on a weekend, so what else have I been doing?  Well I left for that river trip on a Friday about two weeks ago.  A week before that, I went on my third interview for a “paid internship.”  (Collegiate speak for a “job.”)  Now, I have been interviewing with this company for over a month, but the day before I left for New Braunfels, I received an offer in the email as I was walking to my mid-morning class.  As I was perusing the information contained in the offer, I realized:  YIKES!  They want me to start MONDAY!  I will spare you the anxiety of that day but let us just say thanks to Anai for calling and inviting me to lunch because I needed to take a breath!  I called the company that day at about 4 pm to accept the opportunity.  Then I went home and packed for the river trip and left the next morning.  Back on Sunday afternoon, I had to see a real estate client, then finish homework.  8 am Monday morning:  I reported to the J-O-B…

Of course I did not want to have to work full time while I was getting my degree.  I was fortunate enough to have had a lot of flexibility in my work schedule during the first semesters, being self-employed.  However, the real estate market finally left me with too much flexibility and necessity outweighs desire.  I must say that I have interviewed for several – and I mean several – jobs over the last 8-9 months.  The first couple of interviews I had were HORRIBLE!  I would not have hired me either!  If you are looking for a job, remember that the right one will come along.  Once I started looking at interviews as “practice” for the next interview, I became less nervous about them.  I actually felt better about the interviews.

So, now I have moved my schedule around to accomodate my new “gig,” which is an accounting position by the way so I hope Chuck Finnell and Francis Haggerty are seeing this…WOOOHOOO!  I am using all that knowledge gained on the 3rd floor of the ATC.  I am loving it so far and the company I have landed in is great.  The atmosphere is wonderful.  Everyone is great.  I am excited to be in an accounting position to really learn what it is all about chasing the money all day and hopefully this is something I will enjoy long-term.  So far, so good!

Well, here is wishing you all well in whatever you have going on now.  I will leave you with a thought:  It is a proven fact that if you want something done, you should give it to a busy person.  Why?  Because they have to be efficient in everything they do.  Be busy – accomplishment feels good!  And, remember, if you see me, say hi – I will always speak back!  And, if you find you are still having difficulty finding your way around campus, contact the College Relations department and schedule a tour.  (Have to plug my girl in the CR dept!)  If I am your guide, we just may have to walk fast…EFFICIENCY!  Till next time…

lay those eggs jimmy

james_thumbI laid my first egg today.

Don’t get me wrong, I haven’t taken some avian evolutionary step forward.  But I have endured a blunder that may be difficult to recover from.

Our story starts last Wednesday.  It was a kinder, gentler America then.  I, full of boyish charm and enthusiasm, waltzed into Algebra class with all of the confidence in the world.  I peered down to my desk and saw a few papers with the word TEST across the header.  It was difficult to fight back the tears and desire to run out of the classroom, but I managed to do so.

I attacked the test with such vigor.  I marked down equations, showed my delusional work and punched the buttons of the calculator with such purpose.  I even lost track of time.

I reported to the head of the class where Mrs. Hamby awaited me with a smile.  I arrogantly slung down my test in front of her and remarked; “They’re all right.”

I had turned around by then and had nearly escaped the confines of the classroom when she offered a response.  “How can they all be right when you only answered three questions?”

…Huh.

In sweat and shame, I returned to the front of the class and took my test back to my seat.  I clammed up quicker than a, uh, clam.  I limped(and cried apparently, as some of my classmates have informed me) through the rest of the test and finally handed my test back in a hour or so later.

So on this blue Monday, I returned to the dreaded mathematics class and prepared for the worst.  This is the point in the story where I -wish- I could swerve you and tell you that I received a hero’s welcome and a good grade.  Unfortunately, real life sucks hard.

41.  That’s the grade I received.  My quiz and homework grades are the only things keeping my raft afloat.  I fear that I’m going to sink faster than the Titanic.  Hopefully Celine Dion will cut a tearful ballad about how algebra will go on too.

So there you have it, folks.  Just don’t tell my mother!  I don’t know if I could survive a colossal beating.

first week, labor day, armstrong is ripped

jamesHowdy!  It’s been a while since my last entry but I figured I’d pop in and give the 411 on how things are going in my zany little world.  So sit back, buckle your seat belt and pardon the likely turbulence.

The first week was a blur.  Though I only have classes on Monday and Wednesday, it was still a challenge getting around campus.  It’s a madhouse out there!  Cars everywhere, traffic and enough activity to make even the hippest cat in the land uneasy.  But it’s good to see Lee doing so well and all the people trying to improve themselves by a college education.  But psh!  I’d trade it all for a front row parking space.

My algebra is going well.  I definitely enjoy Mrs Hamby more than any other math professor I’ve ever had.  She sympathizes with my mathematical flaws and shortcomings.  We also have the best rapport between any professor and student ever.  So I would recommend her to anyone who needs an understanding professor that realizes math isn’t everyone’s strong point.

I’m also taking Macroeconomics with the ridiculously ripped Luke Armstrong. Now I’ve been in pretty good shape in my life, although the recent knee surgery has limited my working out, but Mr Armstrong is pretty ripped.  His rapid fire delivery and enthusiasm for the material are also big pluses.  He has a strong monopoly on Economics at Lee, so you’re more than likely going to come across him.  If you need a good professor or someone to beat up the bullies for you, it’s Armstrong all the way!

Hey, I want to give a shout out to Amy Shipley for completing the new website.  It’s been a long process. I often remarked a pig would fly before she got the website up and running.  The swine has yet to soar, but the new site is awesome.  Be sure to check that bad boy out!

I’ve been feeling sluggish lately.  I hope it’s not the slump most people get in their last year at Lee.  But it’s been nearly a chore to study and put work in.  It could just be the painkillers!  My best advice is just to show up, do your work, have some fun and get out of there.  That’s also my dating advice if anyone’s wondering.

I also want to give a nod to Mr. Whitaker, who reads the blog regularly and was the first professor I ever had at Lee.  He taught me a lot about working hard and helped me get accumulated in my first semester.

I’m signing off now.  I have a lot of math homework to do.

Play nice out there, people.

The first week of class, fall 2009

mikeSummer is over and I did nothing but attend school. I had to finish five classes during summer.

Now that it’s almost a week since fall classes started, let me share with you some of the experiences I had last week. The first week of each semester is always full of drama, as usual. But by just working at the information desk where student ambassadors were giving out campus information to fellow students, I had the privilege to learn a few interesting things.

Everyone was rushing around in college gear. There was helter skelter everywhere. Campus maps were going like hot cakes.

Anyway, allow me to backup a little bit and share with you how I planned my first week.

It all started one week before when I went on campus with my schedule to locate my classes and buildings. Then on Sunday, I had to get all my supplies together and prepare for the next day. I had to put together all my note books, class schedule, and clothes. Yea! I had to choose the right clothes just to make sure I made a good impression on my professors and my fellow students. Remember, the first impression is always important.

Everyone on campus on the first day looked composed. I felt like I was the only one who had trouble.  I guess it was because I did not buy my books in advance. So I had to go around looking for either used books from friends or buy one from the bookstore. That was tiresome. But anyway, sometimes we learn from our own mistakes. But guess what? I wasn’t the only one who was lost; I met some people in the science building who were in fact supposed to be in the Social science building, which is two blocks away and I had to re direct them.

Parking wasn’t a very big problem. The college created more parking lots just to make sure everyone was accommodated, but if you came late, you had to park at least a few blocks away from class buildings. And you had to wait for the shuttle or just walk. Being a student ambassador, I had the privilege to share the faculty parking. Wow!

Finally, yesterday was Labor Day, which I regard as part of my first week of fall 2009. It was a perfect break. I spent a few hours with my friends playing games. Then it was back to school on Tuesday with more excitement.

Oh…. I finally show up. XD

leona

How’s everybody doing? School already started for a week now. Is everything okay?

In the middle of August, I went back to Hong Kong for a week to visit my family and friends. I took a lot of pictures on the food. You will see it at the end of this post. XD I had an excellent visit in Hong Kong and I sang 19.5 hours Kareoke during that week…. That’s why my voice was extremely “manly” when I came back to the States. -0-’ HAHAHA.

Well.. I am back to school now and I don’t have H1N1! =V=

This semester, I am taking World Civilization I, Texas History, Introduction to the Teaching Profession, and Music Appreciation. They are all pretty interesting to me.

First, in World Civilization I, part of the class I am going to study Chinese History in English.. That would be really interesting.. I might write in Chinese on the test at some point of time.. (joke).

Second, Texas History, I learned a little bit about Texas when I took HIST 1301. If I have any questions about this class, I will ask you for help.. (thanks =] ). XD

Third, Introduction to the Teaching Profession, this is a really fun class!! I enjoy it a lot!! I am going to learn about what teenagers think and classroom behavior and all the things about school!! WooHoo!!

Finally, music appreciation. I know how to play a piano. This is the reason why I chose to take music for my credit. I am going to learn different things about music. I hope my piano knowledge can help me to understand better in this class.

okok… Let’s talk about the FOOD!!! All of my friends know that I LOVE FOOD  = =V!!!!!!

So.. 1st picture: Sweet and Sour Pork in HONG KONG!!!
